Mines have not changed status since launch date. I ordered on the 17th. Today is 23rd and it still says order confirmed. Cancel button is still there. And delivery date shows arrival on 24th January (Tomorrow).

I am in UK as well so its very weird that nothing is happening. I am in Birmingham.

No emails or SMS from DPD either.

Live chat on samsung.com says it will come tomorrow. I have a feeling that it won't be coming.

Can't say for sure but sometimes I think that the "shipping" department is working behind the scenes while the web site is NOT being updated to reflect what is actually happening. I have seen this before where an item will arrive on your doorstep before the web site even states that it has been shipped. Clearly Samsung has been overwhelmed with orders and they need to improve their whole operation from top-to-bottom!

Very true. I actually saw it last year with the Flip 5... I'd already set it up before Samsung sent me an email or updated the site to say it had been dispatched. Luckily, the courier they use is a bit more on the ball.

They will. but just because you weren't included with some of us this morning doesn't necessarily mean it won't dispatch today. Try not to stress until there's something to stress about.

I just asked one of my work colleagues that ordered on the same date as me. They said they got an email today to say it's been dispatched. Maybe I am not so lucky. First time buying a phone on Pre Order and it already feels like bad experience.

Why does the US get it last? Do you think because if there is any bugs they'd rather have it in the smaller markets before the US market roll out? That is the only reason I can think of.

I think it's more to do with where its dispatched from. They are dispatched in batches. They start from East Asia and start going through worldwide. I don't live in the US. I live in the UK. But I am planning to move in a year or 2. So I'll be joining the US Market and delivery would be late like you. The companies that are near in each country order it from the headquarters of Samsung.

Definitely, during the Watch 6 launch, FedEx kept me updated, but most of the Samsung updates arrived in a big bunch after I received my watch. Same for hubby's.

Samsung makes millions. Surely they should have some kind of systems in place where the tracking is tracked at every stage. If a company like amazon can do it. I'm sure samsung can do it. Amazon they let you know every time the item gets scanned.
