When emulating games in GC emulator FPS goes down and is so slow

So i have samsung galaxy s5 mini and Fps goes 4-7 when the game gets in in start its 45 fps but then it slows down when some objects appears. I tried to emulate Sonic adventure DX and legends of zelda.

Is it ram or cpu problem? Help please

P.S i have aderno 305 with 4 cores
