This is the update thread, wasn't aware that I would have to post the title of the thread in the post.Ok. I didn't know you meant after the update.
People are rather vague here at times.

After the update, the Flashlight app only has one brightness setting rather than 3. Sprint connections optimizer is also removed. HTC backup is only google backup to google drive. Seems very snappy and fast. I did not do a factory reset. Will check on battery life, etc throughout the day.
And Google Fit still doesn't track activity with the M8. Come on HTC.
It's called DTM..."Doing too much." I see this in the military a lot. People changing stuff just because they can just to get promoted. When you run a division at Google you want your iteration of Android to be better than your predecessors version. The people in charge are signing off on this stuff. I'm sure they have sections of people that don't want to change some aspects of Android because it's perfect. But their boss or bosses disagree. If they didn't make changes, that section writing the code for Android would be rendered obsolete in my opinion. You don't want to code yourself out of a job I suppose because certain aspects of the OS doesn't need to change. Just a thought.
I hate using two fingers for the pull down settings. I know it was changed from one to two fingers during implementation of Lollipop. It was perfect having to use only one finger to reach up and access Wi-Fi, mobile data, GPS, etc.
I'm surprised the carriers signed off on these changes. Sprint/HTC do a phenomenal job of pushing out the updates. I know a carrier can request for icons to be changed. But Sprint is probably at a point of trying to get this stuff out quickly to the masses. And Google is exercising more control over Android to where certain things won't be changed.
SURE Universal Remote works very well."Broke even" That app is missing a ton of the Original Remote app features to even come close to even. AnyMote Smart Remote is the only one that comes even close.
This is the absolute best update I have ever gotten, my phone runs smoother and quicker than ever. I was looking for my next phone before the update, but see no reason now, my battery life even improved.
Flashlight app doesn't work for me, crashes every time. Also the notification bar seems to have shrunk a little. It's hard to read my battery percentage now.

I agree
Via Google Now, you can type or say (voice) "flashlight on" and you'll get the flashlight. Does that work for you?
Best. Update. Ever. 1. Slightly better battery life. 2. SPRINT CONNECTIONS OPTIMIZER REMOVED!!. 3. Camera app is snappier. 4. Overall speed is slightly faster. 5. Blinkfeed is faster. 6. I like the phone app colors. 7. Bluetooth is better at connecting to my car automatically.
Well done Sprint and HTC. And thanks Sprint for finally getting decent LTE speeds in central Virginia.
Is anyone else having this little remote icon popup randomly. If so what app is it from so I can disable it. I can drag it all around the screen but there's nowhere to drop it to close it out. If I click it to select it my screen gets shadowed but nothing comes up. I have to completely reboot my phone to get rid of it.
