When will the fixed international versions be available for sale online?

So ideally what I want would be SM-N930F or SM-N930FD ... Any idea how one would even know that online retailers have the fixed versions in stock?

Given that there has been an official recall, it should be illegal to sell old stock, right?

I'll only be looking at legit retailers like B&H, Amazon, and Best Buy.
