When will the Nexus 5 be available for purchase on Amazon?

I'm trying to get a Nexus 5 device through Amazon because I'm not able to buy it in Google Play Store using a Mexican credit card, I need it delivered in the United States so there's no problem about the shipping address.

Is there any information other than TBD for when will the device appear on Amazon? How much time did the Nexus 4 took to appear?

I think he meant it was more expensive on Amazon than on the Google Play Store.

I think it might be possible.. I am willing to wait till the last minute to order on play store at this point not so much because of price.. Causes if still get charged tax for my state... But just to not have to wait 4 - 5 weeks... Also according to reddit nexus 5 cooperative watch... A screen shot with an amazon report states with will be the same price...
