When will Verizon offer a 256 or 128 gigabyte Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus?

I'm asking about internal storage. The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus can be purchased with 256gb unlocked, but not from Verizon, and I'm pretty sure not from other phone carriers in the United States. It looks like people in India, China, and the United Kingdom all can get 256gb S9 from their phone providers. Why not us? And more importantly, when will we be able to purchase it?

Not interested in opinions about SD cards. Looking for internal memory.
