Where are my settings for bixby?

I just got the Samsung S9+ and am trying to deactivate the bixby button. Even better if I can reassign it. The problem is when I go to bixby, I don't have any setting options. I click on settings and the only thing there is a blurb about customization. It looks nothing like it did in all the videos I have watched. I will see if I can add a picture. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you on Pie? Open Bixby - > tap '3 dots' button- > Settings

The above is okay, but what you want is bxactions from the playstore. My S9+ running 1UI has the Bixby open the phone dialer, but there are many other options.
