Where can i find download manager in galaxy s9 plus

I connot find my download status when i download app.in playstore

Welcome to Android Central! Download Manager is a system app that you won't find in the App Drawer. If you're having problems downloading and installing apps through the Play Store, go to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.

I think Samsung has builtin download manager with File manager so maybe you can find your download details there...
But if you want to see playstore's download status then you can check it in Google playstore simply?
