where can I find the apk files to get my Tab 3 updated to the last update provided for it?

I recently Factory Reset my Tab 3. I'd like to get youtube running on it for my 2yo. Daughter to watch videos on. But the play store and google play services are out of date. Honestly just trying go turn this tablet into a toy for her.

Is this the Tab 3 7", SM-T215? If so, you'll need a 3rd-party ROM for it as the version of the OS on it is no longer supported by Google for use with the Play Store or Google apps. That OS is 6 years old, development/support had to stop at some point. The 10.1" version may be in the same situation...

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with hallux. The only way you might be able to get it to work would be to root the device and install a custom ROM based on a higher OS version. You can search the forums at XDA-Developers.com for this kind of thing, but it's not for novices.
