Where can I find the microphone settings for Samsung S4 Active ?

When I make normal calls I don't have issues with the microphone but when I am on Skype calls I hear my recipient but they don't hear me at all.

I see that your other post is about the LG G2, though, so do you have these two different devices?

Regarding the OP's question--it's possible the secondary mic is blocked or damaged. Does the same problem happen when on speakerphone?
