Where do i find hidden apps

I have a samsung galaxy note 4. I think my ex girlfriend put some hidden app on my phone. How and where do i find it and get rid of it. Is there an app i can get to test it? She worked for a cellphone​company so she knows what she is doing.

Settings... Apps... More.. Show system apps... All apps will show there.
