Android Central Question

I have a bunch of video classes in the form of MP4 files. I want to be able to watch them on my galaxy note 9. Can't figure out which directory to drag and drop them to so they are then easily watchable. Plus which app is then best to watch them with?

You can probably just put them in the DCIM/Camera folder and they should be visible.

you can also just make a folder and name it what you want. Android will automatically find it once you place your media in it.

I believe all Android phones have a directory called /Movies, so you could put them there.
