Where do I shop for cases for the GSM Galaxy Nexus

Every store I've been to only sells cases for the Verizon version. I couldn't use the display behind the screen protector on the Otterbox Defender case because the GSM versions is thinner, so it doesn't fit as comfortably on the GSM version.

Personally I've bought cases from Expansys and Amazon. Just look up Galaxy Nexus, most are for the GSM model. Amazon's cases are unbranded but are pretty good, while costing only a couple of $ (I assume, I'm European ).

Check casemate? If there pop fits the gsm version I have a an extra brand new one.
