Where is the Developer Tab Ribbon on my Galaxy S8 Ultra?

I wonder if there's some online way where I could actually use the full feature of Microsoft word / office with the customised Ribbon and the Developer Tab??
I have poor eyesight and this tablet has amazing visual for me.
