Where is the Photos app?

In reading the Incredible owner's manual at http://support.vzw.com/pdf/user_guide/incredible.pdf, page 152, it refers to a Photos app accessed from [Home] [all apps]. I do not have such an app there. I can get to it via the Camera app but I think this is a convoluted path.

What am I doing wrong?

Look for Gallery. That's the app to see your photos.

You can also put a shortcut on one of your home screens to make it easier to get to.
