whether widget time to long

Sorry another question of the main screen I have the weather widget which I like but it says it updated every 6 hours how can I change the time to say 45min etc

And I have 120 contacts on my old iPhone and want to transfer to my new s4 how can I do it for free but not using goggle a count

Click the Widget to open the weather app.. go to settings and change the update time there.

Thanks I did go into settings and I changed the update to every hour bit it has not updated since 6:40 this morning I am at work on a 4G network thanks

You download it from the Samsung Website - it's a computer program, not an app for your phone
