which insurance did you guys go with?

i dropped my phone yesterday and shattered the screen. i have asurion insurance and i thought they would just give me a new one at the verizon store. they didn't and i got very mad but they did give me the asurion phone number. i called and after answering 38 questions asked by a computer, i should have a new phone some time today.

I use asurion.have always had good luck. Plus it extends your factory warranty to 2 yrs insted of one.

Yes, it's always been that way. You always have to deal directly with Asurion. But, they do overnight shipping.
