By the way I called multiple Radio Shacks just to check their shipment and they act like they have never even heard of this phone so good luck. It sucks but unless you really want this phone I would order it online. The store associates only get paid hourly and they dont give a crap about prepaid phones because they dont get commission for them so that is why they dont care. So unless you want to wait for who knows how long I would advice ordering on the net, which hopefully works out.

Well, VM noticed the delay so they put out this statement on FB. So order away!

It IS a dual core.

It just wasn't put in the specs.
The phone has ONLY been rebadged, testers have said so, Virgin's trained monkeys have said so, even Virgin has said so, and it would be moronic thing to do.

Because Virgin missed mentioning it in promo materials (again they got nothing right this month), no store will list it as dual core because they go off of what the promo material says.

There is one reason and one reason only I get it in store and that's so I never have to deal with VM's Customer service as it make's me go mad... I hand it to them and say fix it.. And I agree LeslieAnn but it just urks me that's all..

It's like having a car that can go 180 mph and saying it has a engine and a accelerator pedal in the description.. I'm going to have to flee the planet if the word dual core is going to scare the kids!! And forgetting 1 gig of ram like everyone has it??

bubbles the chimp!! he's calling the shots in this operation buddy!! he instructed one of his monkey minions to tell me today the call out problem i was having wasbmy fault actually...even though right after their standard alex do-boy english/spanish greeting they stated the company was having calling issues that they were diligently working to resolve!! good to see bubbles the chimp find productive work after the king of pops untimely demise :thumbup:

Also i sent my order at 2 pm. It was picked up at 4 30 today and is already out in transit so depending on how fast shipping is with fedex i should receive it tomorrow.

Sprint licenses the name from him, and brought him in as a spokesperson, he has no authority in the company itself.

They have techs, monkeys, and trained monkeys.
Techs are the techs who can actually fix things, monkeys are customer service, trained (Facebook) monkeys are the ones who were smart enough to be able to interact with the computer and not just read from it.
