Which redundant and/ or duplicate files can be deleted from internal storage

Internal storage space is at 93% on my android. Redundant and duplicate files take up a fair chunk while appearing useless. Are they really? I don't know enough to determine what to keep and what to delete.

The first thing you need to do is to check your storage statistics to see where all the usage is being taken up.
