Which sd card should i buy for my LG G4?

Hey!

I just bought an LG G4, and need to buy an sd card for it. Im considering either the Samsung evo or the samsung evo plus. The Samsung evo got 48MB/S read speed and 48MB/S write speed. The Samsung evo plus got 80MB/S write speed and 20MB/S read speed.

Which one should i get? Are there any limitations as far as how fast an sd card can work on a phone? What is most important, reading or writing speed? Are any of the cards overkill in one area or underwhelming in another?

They are available for about the same price and i'm planning to buy a 128GB card.

I'll appreciate any helpful information you guys can give me.

I have a 32 GB Samsung class 10 HC micro SD card that I've been using ever since I had the T-Mobile G2x. It's been reliable ever since. Will be upgrading to my 128 GB T-Mobile freebie, though, and putting this card or my LG freebie in my G3.

I got a 64gb Sandisk Pixtor from Best Buy. Not the fastest but for $29.99 it was a good deal when I got it. No issues so far.

Currently $39.99, still a deal.

I've been using a 16gb Sandisk Pixtor ever since I got my first LG flip phone from Tracfone and I just got the LG G4 about 8 months ago and it's in that now but I'm going to go up to the 128gb one I've never had any problems with it in 4 different LG phones and I have the same one in my tablet the 1st tablet was a Trio from Walmart the one I have now is an LG tablet from US Cellular and I've never had any issues in moving it to different phones or tablets I just need more space hope that helps good luck

That was a deal they had when the phone was released. Free battery, charging cradle and micro sd card. That ended very long ago!

LG site states max storage for the G4 is 128Gb. Cnet stated its 2048Gb (2Tb). Did the 200Gb work for you? If so, the 2Tb is probably the right answer. Do you have any idea?
