Just curious how people exit their apps nowadays. When you're done using an app do you use the back button to exit all the way out of it, or do you just use the home button to return to your home screen?
I used to use the back button to get out of an app, but on a browser that could take several key presses. I've gotten into the habit of using the home button. I keep the "Active apps" widget open and if it's yellow or red, I click it and end any apps that I don't want running in the background. Occasionally, when switching between apps, I'll swipe some away in the recent app screen.
I just close any/all tabs in the browser first, then one tap on the back button to close it. But, I've also gotten into the habit of always clearing cache, cookies and history too before closing out of the browser.
One thing I've noticed on the GM3 native browser is that when you back all of the way out of it using the back button, it continues to run in the background...
