Which would be faster charging a Zerolemon battery, OEM Note 2 charger or Zerolemon Fast charger?

I plan on keeping the Zerolemon pack in my phone while charging, but am wondering if their charger will charge it quicker then 12hrs which is what others are reporting. When I first get the battery, I am not going to have the luxury of allowing the phone to charge 12hrs straight during the cycling period.

Assuming that the ZeroLemon is a qualcomm quick charge 2.0 certified charger then it would be faster than the note 2 charger
