White htc evo picture mail not working.

Sorry if this is going already but I need some help quickly. It had the latest htc ota update. It can send all that it wants outbound. But it gets nothing inbound, just the error transient error. Sprint recommends returning to best buy. But surely this is not a hardware problem. Please help.

Are you using Wifi? Inbound picture mail only works on the mobile networks not wifi.

Why did you have to mention that your phone is white. You think Picture Mail is racism or something?
