Whitestone Dome for the Ultra has Blue Light Cut ?

My order was placed on 8/10. I received shipping notification 8/11, shipping information received by FedEx with estimated delivery date today 8/13. Well today still on shipping information received so it hasn't moved. So FedEx doesn't have my order yet. Maybe they are looking into the way they are shipping to customers.

Mine is the same exact way. Shipping info received by FedEx but no movement at all.

I ordered mine about 24 hours ago and haven't gotten any notification of shipping at all. Could they be running out of stock and scrambling to get more made?

I guess I'll get the phone before the glass and I will need to utilize the Samsung installed film. Ugh - at least it's something I guess. Sigh.

I hope that doesn't mean they're bombarded with broken shipment complaints. Not what we wanted to hear for you...

It does make me wonder with folks having no movement on their orders - if they paused to investigate. My installation frame was broken along with the glass, so it must have been a pretty significant impact. But I hope as you said - that that is not the case.
 
I just got my shipping confirmation from them for the protector I ordered yesterday. I hope it wasn't a defect in the first batch they produced.

My expected date went from Friday to Monday

Yeah my expected delivery date is Monday as well coming from LA. It just about gave me a heart attack tho when I saw a label created on Fedex and saw the Monday delivery date thinking it was the phone

Heart attack is right. I've got 3 FedEx trackings going, 2 of which are moving: the WSD and the Watch 3. I need 1 more purple arrow! Come onnnn purple arrow!

I'm waiting on a warranty replacement order for my S20 Ultra screen protector myself, that I made almost two days ago. No shipping notification yet.

With the back camera screen protector I ordered about a month ago, I did have a USPS tracking number sent to me. But then similar to your situation, it sat around at the Whitestone facility for approximately 3 days before it actually got picked up by USPS.

My take is they are swamped with orders. Their products are top notch but their customer service is very hit and miss, as is their fulfillment of product orders at times.

Their screen protector is best I've used for curved screen, but I hear the customer support is like you mentioned a hit or miss , I'm lucky I just register on their site and any replacement just select with screenshot charged 9.00 for shipping and done , never had to talk or email them .

Whitestone customer service downright SUCKS ! Pray I don't have to use it.
 
From what I gather online - it seems like they've always had this feature, but I guess they are making it prominent on their box now. It seems like this goes back to their protectors for the S7. I don't notice any difference in color hues but then again I'm not an expert with those things.

Maybe the differences just aren't as pronounced?
 
Ok, they have responded back and after I have sent them pictures, they requested my model and shipping address to ship out a new order. Feeling a little better now.

They did apologize and mentioned that it's unfortunately out of their hands when it is shipped. I dunno - I feel like if the product box isn't sturdy, then the shipping box should be to prevent this. That said, I've never had a broken one shipped to me before from Whitestone, so I guess it has been fine previously.

If you ever worked in a company that shipped out a lot of products and saw how many packages get damaged by the shipping companies you would be in shock.
