Yes, the glass is warped in the middle left side of the screen. I know that the edges are curved. It was causing shadows on light colored screens that was driving me crazy. Here is a picture of the WSD dome I removed and you can see the different shaded area that I'm talking about.

Ooooooohhhhhhhh now I see it. Oh yeah, wtf is THAT!! You're absolutely right. That would drive me nuts.... Well, now that I've had two break on me so easily too - I'd have to agree something is amiss. Meanwhile my Note 10+ and 9 phones haven't so much a chip on those WSD.

No I mean I've used Whitestone religiously and the quality of this glass compared to the rest has been crappy to say the least. Never was it this fragile and crack and break so easily. I mean look at how many that got delivered broken you barely ever hear about that until these. I'm trying to find a cheap brand and just using the Whitestone glue that I have left because honestly with the knockoffs I've used before it was the glue that was not that great.

In all honesty, the WSD glue is pretty much crap as well. There are several vids from people that know glue that will show you how crappy it is. Not to say that it's as bad as the other ones, but don't think it's high quality.

I have been trying to deal with WSD regarding an issue where they sent me the wrong camera protectors. The sent me the ones for a Note 20, and I have the Note 20 Ultra. I have sent them about 7 emails, and they keep sending me automated responses. Finally the get back to me and want me to pay and send the wrong product back, and they will send me the right one they say.
On top of that, I but a 2 pack screen protectors and they both chipped off along the sides. There has to be something wrong with WSD because I haven't had these issues before. I am tired of having to pay high prices for a screen protector that doesn't perform like it should. I am also tired of CURVED glass. Just give me a flat screen and a 10-15 dollar protector. I doubt if I buy anything else from WSD.

They may have changed their source for the glass to a cheaper alternative or spec'd a cheaper glass... or, as others have said, just got a bad batch.

So I religiously have used White Stone dome protectors on my last like four phones. Never had an issue with them they always protected my phone great customer service was on par. I'm noticing all that has gone downhill with this particular phone. Thankfully when I got my protectors they weren't cracked. So I installed the first one just fine and after about three weeks or so I noticed it was cracked probably because of my keys in my pocket. So I installed my second one and try to file a warranty but the second one has been on for not even a week and it has hairline cracks spidering through. So yeah I'm starting to doubt these batches of glass because I've never had them crack this easily. And customer service is pretty much non-existent to get any replacements. But I'm curious now I have more of the glue the whole setup couldn't I use a different glass screen protector with their glue? Bc I personally noticed when I tried a copy cat brand the glass was fine, it was the glue that seemed crappy

So far so good for mine. Thanks for the FYI!

So far so good with mine, was easiest ever this time. I did have issue with S20 ultra and there was not enough glue so had to use some from 2nd bottle to get under bottom edges.

Sounds like WSD sacrifised quality for profit and also outsourced their customer service, again because it is cheaper but still at the expense of the quality unfortunately.

I have not had my Whitestone dome shield long enough to comment on quality, but I can say for certain that the customer service in an a par with AT&T. we purchased the 2 pack for my wife and my phone. My wife got in a hurry and had her daughter install her screen protector and she botched the first attempt. Using the only other glue vile in package (only 2 came with it) to get the job done. That left me with no way to install mine. I emailed Whitestone to ask about ordering the needed glue, and they said it was not available separately. They recommended that I file a Warranty claim. Getting around their warranty page is a nightmare. we were finally able to make a claim (they asked for pictures of damage, but no damage, just missing parts) and now we wait.

Their warranty service requires considerable patience. A lot of patience. I had to wait more than 4 weeks for them to send me a replacement 2-pack for the N20U.

How did you get a replacement 2-pack under warranty? Their warranty states you'll only get 1 glass replacement for a 2-pack... and indeed that is what I got!

One of my originals was cracked and they sent me a replacement 2-pack. Perhaps they felt bad for making me wait almost a month?

I have never tried one but I see a lot of complaints about them are they worth the effort and price? I use regular tempered glass and really never have and issue.
