One of my originals was cracked and they sent me a replacement 2-pack. Perhaps they felt bad for making me wait almost a month?

Did you receive it cracked? Or did you go through their warranty page? My original was also cracked, and they sent me out a complete new kit with 2 protectors too. But then one of them I cracked so I filed for warranty on their page and they sent me a 1 pack.

I have never tried one but I see a lot of complaints about them are they worth the effort and price? I use regular tempered glass and really never have and issue.

And what regular tempered glass works with the curved screen of the Note 20 Ultra?

They are worth it , saved couple screens and best fit out of all glass protector, I've tried lot of them over the years and none stayed on like dome .

I had to replace mine recently as a small crack with a small piece of glass had come away.

My phone hasn't been dropped or bumped and I don't take my Samsung Black Leather Back Case off so I'm stumped as to why this happened.

Possibly a small flaw in the glass to begin with !

I purchased another two pack and this one seems to be OK.

Although I'm not impressed that Whitestone now only supply two bottles of adhesive in the 2 pack.

What happens if the first installation goes wrong meaning you have to use the secondary bottle of glue.

Your then left with a 2nd screen protector and no glue !!

One of my 2 originals was cracked. I filed a warranty claim and ~4 weeks later received a replacement 2-pack.

Make no sense that one note has the flat screen and the other doesn't guess they had a lot of curved screens left over lol.

I'm hoping Samsung does away with the curved screen in the very near future.
