Who has had your phone send texts to the wrong person?

I had this happen a few times with Handcent on JB and my friend has had it a few times with his iPhone. Send the message to 1 person and the phone sends it to someone else. Just a very few times between the 2 of us, but its enough to give me slight pause when sending messages that I don't want to end up to someone else in my address book. Anyone else experience this much?

This was a very common issue with 3rd party texting apps when ICS came out.
I don't believe I have experienced this with JB.

Yea, that sounds familiar and I remember going back to the stock messaging app for that reason with ICS. I haven't seen it with JB. Its just the thought that it could happen that scares me sometimes. Just curious if anyone else had seen it lately.
