Who Has Root?

I'm thinking about rooting right now. Only thing is I'm not really interested in custom Roms and just wanna run a nice clean version of JB. So I'm kinda on the fence..should i wait for the official release of JB and then root or put just go ahead and install a custom ROM now.. =/

Like I've said before, don't root just for Jellybean. It not that much different from ics. There's lots of reasons to root, wanting Jellybean shouldn't be the only reason.

I understand why you feel that way but I rooted for the jb leak and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision.

Well i wanna root so i can put apps and stuff on my sdcard and delete sprint bloatware and use other root only apps among customization benefits but i feel like if i root now then ill have to install the rom when it officially releases for US. So to me its a dilemma. :banghead:

Well currently I have a stock rom. I had installed one with Jelly Bean, but it wasn't based on TW. I like TW roms. I'm just going to wait for the official Jelly Bean update so I can install it.

There are several Jellybean TW ROM's for Sprint. But you being on at&t now prevents you from trying them.

I have one question for you garcia. What did you do with your Sprint gs3 when Sprint cancelled your contract? If you still have it, you can still use it as a Wi-Fi only device. :D
