The title. I mean people are just implying.
When i ask "do you want to hang out?" you will imply that i want to but i don't necessarily have to want to. It's just what people imply with everything if you ask that question.

This could also be interpreted as ' trolling ' the members. I would recommend in the future not to joke around with members that are still obviously waiting orders or a chance at grabbing the Nexus 4 or any device for that matter.
