I live in an area with excellent LTE coverage. It's difficult deciding whether I want a pure android experience with no contract but lose LTE at the same time.
I came from a droid razr with lte coveragw in my town getting about 12-20mbps on lte but with the battery drain of lte i barely used it also the price of verizon u couldnt stand. Also if u have wifi at home or work that makes it easier. For me I get 2-5mbps on hspa+ which is usually around 3/5 bars ln my phone all through my hometown which is plenty fast enough for Facebook browsing flipboard and all that.in the Seattle area where I travel to a lot I get 6-10mbps on hspa+. I have Wi-Fi at home for if I want to download songs or something so to me LTE is not worth the $70 price difference between verizon and straight talk.
