I have butter fingers so eventho the delivery is today I also ordered the protective cases and protection film. Via Samsung site. Not even gonna think about using devices till the cases are on device.
I busted my zflip4 right in the hinge from a drop into ceramic tiling in laundry room and completely damaged inner screen. It wasn't even 1 month old! In ALL the expensive devices I've ever owned this was the 1st incident.
Ordered protection cases from Samsung site and won't be delivered yet, shipping starts July 18th. I'm not going to use the devices till cases are installed

Not to discourage but tried to cancel my order. Samsung said the only way to cancel is to refuse to accept the delivery.

Did you get an alert from UPS/FedEx that the label has been created? It is like that caused you not to be able to cancel.

No nothing. I see price is lower in Samsung app (thx to mustang) than when I placed order. I had a chat with Samsung rep and they gave me a refund of $100 . I am still debating though .

Yeah, I have seen an earlier Reddit post that Samsung has been adjusting the discounts. And I was under the impression that I had to order within a certain time frame to have high discount rates.

And I've already been charged... so I decided to contact Samsung to see what they can do for me, since my educational discount went from $40 to $120. The rep said they'll request a price match... little did I know how much exactly they would refund. Rep only told me to give them some time to get it sorted and I'd receive an email.

Come to find out, they gave me a $218 refund. Paying $558 instead of $760, this is with a Fold 4 trade-in.

Well UPS has my watch and says will be delivered the 20th. Still don't have my phone and says they haven't received. Ordered them separately as I originally wasn't going to get the phone. But Samsung has created the label for the phone.

I can get the file 6 for $525 after trading in my fold 5. Is it worth trading in for that? Not sure there’s much new or changed.

Also is that black carbon back suppose to give grip to the phone?

From your testing how is Fold 6 worth $550+ over fold 5? Just want to know and convince myself.

I just ordered it. I went with the black. It says delivery august 7th, I'm in no hurry anyway, I don't care.

To be honest, I can't believe they made black an exclusive Samsung online color, black is so popular I'm sure a lot of people are upset about that.
