Who's going to pre-order pixel 9 Fold

I have checked all of the options four times now but hesitated on closing the deal.

I've never traded in an older phone. I'm thinking of trading in the original Pixel Fold. But I'm also thinking of hanging on to it. If I select TRADE-IN but fail to follow through and keep it, is there any extra penalty or will they just not refund the trade-in amount?

You would just lose out on the trade in amount. That's what they hope you do anyway

My Obesdian Fold is now supposed to deliver Sep 17-24, pre-ordered today and cancelled Porcelain one due in November.

I've had my 8 Pro since December I think. Porcelain phone and official porcelain case. They are both in fantastic form. The only wear and tear on the case is it's a little worn in the top left corner from being put back in my pants pocket. It's barely noticeable, you kinda have to look for it. Should say, historically I've been very good with phone care. I'm 44 and I've had one damaged phone from a drop. That's it. So, I guess maybe take this with a grain of salt.

It does get kinda greasy on the back at times but I couple of simple wipes across my shirt or pants tend to remove it.

Just played with it at Best Buy. Cool device. Though I liked it, after my experience with Pixel Fold, I decided to wait until the processor and foldable software improved on Pixel.

Ok I think this is my final cancel and reordering

The dates for the porcelain color are back up to September. I have cancelled and re-ordered my preferred Porcelain color for Sep 17-24 delivery.

Really stupid the way Google treats existing orders and instead of bumping up the dates on them, I'll have to cancel and reorder to get the better delivery dates. Thank god the existing store credits appear on your account a few minutes after cancellation of the order. And ready to use them on your new order.

Ordered via the superb offer EE have sent me here in the UK

£56 a month for 24 months and can 'upgrade' again after 6 months

Says delivery is 04th Sept onwards; will see what happens...

I'll definitely be selling on my immaculate/as new Pixel Fold; unsure what I'll do with the S24U as I've only just got that; but it'd be huge overkill for it to be sat on my desk all day being used for calls/texts etc...

I'll partner my Samsung Watch Ultra with the 9 Pro Fold; it'll do what I need of it very well; there's so much of its capabilities that I don't use, that it doesn't need to be paired with a Samsung watch

Looking forward to it landing...

Spigen Slim Armor Pro case and EZFit screen protector to be ordered (and the camera lens protector too)...

In 2 minds whether to fit the Spigen Magsafe sticker to it as I have done for my Pixel Fold...

Ordered the porcelain 512GB. Went back and forth (aka ordered/cancelled/ordered again) between the 256GB obsidian and porcelain a few times. Finally settled on the porcelain 256GB and then cancelled and ordered the 512GB. I think I better keep this order or they might cancel my account.

Also had a chance to play with the fold at Best Buy! The stout form factor makes the outside screen totally usable like a regular large phone.
But because it didn't or maybe never be made in the future with a Snap Dragon SOC, my decision was clear. No go!

Count me in! I got my Pixel 9 Pro Fold today. I had a reservation, but Google practically handed it to me, so I couldn't resist. There's just one thing that bugs me: it doesn't support the Pixel Stand. Come on, Google!

Received my Porcelain 256GB Fold today. First impressions are super positive, premium well built phone. Feels so amazing in the hand and this feels just the right weight and size.
