Who's Ordering The S26

Was having dinner last week and started talking with a Spectrum cell phone rep. He mentioned that they have had fraud issues with their e-sim customers. Apparently thieves can hack into your e-sim and take over your account on another phone.

Also, I prefer the physical SIM so I can switch it between phones. Specifically when I get my new phone before the e-sims are available for the new line of phones. Swapping the physical sim works, although I do have to call in once the phone is officially "out" to get them to switch everything over in their system to the new phone's information.
Wow that's not good!

I too prefer a "traditional" SIM so thet I can easily swap between multiple phones.

Also- I'm using a reasonably thin UAG essential armor magnetic case with S25U and it works well

I got my S25U less than a year ago when Verizon offered to let me trade in my iPhone 15pm after paying off half of the phone. To my knowledge, I don't think they allow Android users to do the same. Or they don't allow it anymore. So I'll be keeping my phone for a while.

Cobalt Violet. This got my attention!! I still don't care for the phone. LOL

I almost bought the iPhone 17 because of colours like Lavender and Sage (my sister got this one) but I can't help myself, I had to go "big" with the Pro Max.

I'll be getting the S26U. My S21U is nearing its end of usefulness and won't be getting any further updates.
The good news is that it's looking like the double storage deal is back on as it's been announced in India and the UK. Seems unlikely that they won't bring it to American buyers.

Sure, I wish they had done a bit more with the camera hardware and included true Qi2 charging but there seem to be some very promising software improvements and the new chip will be providing considerably better battery life. And then there's the intriguing privacy screen and the new, more efficient OLED screen.

Looking forward to the jump from the S21U to the S26U.

I wonder if they solved blurry camera images issue after many many years. I read main camera is F1.4 now?

But it's astonishing we have this new trend with Pixel and S line phones that come out without any updates but bunch of AI bullsht that no one uses
