Well when I go to order it still has me with a company discount. Unfortunately I was laid off in October and don't want emails to go to that address thinking I'm there. Ummm, how do I make it not put me as an employee?

You'll probably have to go into your account settings and remove that email address? I'm just guessing/thinking out loud. I had to do the same thing for my dad's military discount (he passed away) even though it still shows as active.

No trade in for the z fold7. Samsung said it's too new and they won't be accepting them. I was hoping for a buds trade in as well but nothing there either. Looks like I'll wait.

Well I wish I would of looked at Best Buy 1st but I'm glad I went with Samsung. I didn't see my $30 credit and was told it would show up when you logged in under the email you reserved under. I called and she said it would be credited under the card I used to hold on and we got disconnected, But I really wanted the 512 I take a lot of pictures and concert videos.

I also wanted the buds in pink gold and was hoping you could trade in with those also and you can't but I got them anyway. It says on my receipt 25% bundle discount and $65 healthcare discount and since I got 2 phones for my friend on Black Friday I had $49 in rewards money plus I have this cash back app I'll get3% and I just had a pay out of $55 that I also used. So for $724 if I get my $30 credit I got 512 and the buds pro. I thought 800 was decent for the 24U. I was thinking it would only be 6 or 700 so I went with the 512. Now to see if my free mystery gift worked and I'll be set.

Now I kind of want to do Best Buy and do the memory upgrade they are doing 800 trade in also and I won't have to deal with Samsung return but they don't give you the phone till release date, I know with Samsung it could be early. I could still order the buds from Samsung and I would lose the 25% bundle discount but I could still use my $49 in rewards and maybe buying on it's own will allow for trade in. I don't know what to do now. I do know with my S10 plus flamingo pink it was on backorder forever and I didn't get it till a ways after release date.

I dont see it in my settings and I think (think) i deleted it back a few days after losing my job. Only shows my current email but still shows the discount banner. I guess ill order and see what happens as Samsung CS is of zero help l.

I was going to cancel and maybe go with best buy but after figuring up all my discounts healthcare $65 and $30 reserve and $49 in Samsung Cash and $55 in payback plus I had forgotten about my 3% cash back and $25 bundke discount I might as well stick with Samsung. I am trying to call them back about it not giving me $30 cause I got disconnected earlier and it said call back within 15 minutes it's been an hour. So now I am on hold again it says 8 minutes but it's been 20 they are busy.

I did it... Just did the S26U through Samsung since it's virtually been headache free for me for years. Not the cheapest option. I traded in my S24U (is this the one with the last bluetooth SPen or was it the S23U?) for only $800. I did do the PAYPAL50 to get $50 off charging my card through Paypal. Very underwhelming trade ins incentives but I'm a sucker for technology and it's an annual ritual to do this.

Got the cobalt violet, too, to spice things up. lol

I ordered the 256 black. I have to research it more to determine if I cancel the order or not. Looks trade in and no double memory upgrade is a low blow

I went with 512 pink. I'm not totally sold either. For the first time for me, reviews in the next few days will determine the fate of this order.

What do you mean? Yes its mostly bill credits over 24 months. $250 cash + $850 in credits. But if you are with Tmobile it makes no difference, actually its even better because you dont have to pay $135 either, its $5 bucks per month x 24

Yeah, mine still shows the military discount even though I changed the email address back to mine. They can't say anything about it if I did change it and their system is still showing the discount.

Used the Shop Samsung app to make my purchase earlier. Went very smoothly. Traded in my S25 Ultra as part of my S26 Ultra order. Got $900 for my trade-in, $53.75 education discount, $30 pre-reserve accessories credit got applied to the pair of Buds4 Pros I purchased (took the total down to $161), which also included a bundle discount.

Went back this afternoon and ordered one of the 60 watt charging bricks, which was discounted to $38 and change.

Overall I'm pretty happy. Didn't really care about not getting the free double storage upgrade. Was fine getting the 256 GB model. Also didn't really care about not getting any additional accessories credit other than the $30 from the pre-reservation. Would rather get more for my trade-in and the bundle discount off of the Buds4 Pros.

What is paypal 50 using a paypal credit card? I was looking for pay in 4 but I didn't care. I got the Violet also now to case shop. I called Samsung back about it not taking my $30 reserve and 1st he said I never reserved than he found it from 2/6 and he said he fought with support they wouldn't credit me but they would give me a $30 promo code. I don't really need anything else but I don't think my Samsun Guru mystery box went through my signal was bad at work and I didn't know you had to submit within an hour of ordering so I may have to buy a charger. I don't usually like Samsung cases but I'll look at them.

That's what I said I thought 800 was good for the 24U so I wasn't to upset about the double storage and with all my discounts and 3% cash back I got the 512. So I am good! I liked the pink gold buds. I asked if buying separate was their a trade-in option and was told no. So I'll give my husband my 3's he lost one of his the other night.
