I am in on the P 9 Pro . The Fold is too heavy. I love it for reading books and watching content like YT. The weight tho...Looking forward to slimming down.

Not gonna get my hopes up on a Fold credit. They have never offered anything so far. Good news is it is long since paid for and I dropped the G protection as it is more durable than I thought it would be.

Is there a specific reason why Google insists on putting only 128 GB on thier phone's? My main phone is the Galaxy S23 Plus and it has 512 GB and I have 50% left and there is no way I can survive with 128GB and that's before any apps or any photos I take or any other downloads. And especially the price they ask for a 128gb is overpriced. I was really looking forward to getting the 9Pro or perhaps the 9Pro XL, but I need at bare minimum 256gb.

128 GB is more than enough for some. I'm currently using 40 GB on my 8 pro.

The thought of an optical zoom on a smaller phone (9 pro) does interest me. However I'm pretty happy with my Pixel 8 and the trade in would have to be awfully inviting for me to bite.

They don't only have a 128GB option; perhaps that's the case if you order through your carrier. If you order directly from Google, they offer: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
