Whose hasn't shipped?

UPDATE: Ordered 6/12 32GB blue. CC charged 7/5 at night. Just got VZW email shipment with tracking.

Verizon update info says it was shipped on 7/5
Hopefully it will come tomorrow
 
finally got the email with the tracking notice...no info yet on the fed ex page the tracking number links to yet...slightly anti-climatic. at least there's a tracking number now. best of luck to the rest of you still waiting...
 
Just got a tracking number. Fedex doesnt have the box yet, but the estimates say that it will ship today with delivery on Wednesday.
 
And it shipped! I got overnight delivery so it's coming Tuesday :D

Finally shipped. Again - Pebble Blue 16GB ordered 6/26. Just got shipment notification email from Verizon with Fedex overnight tracking number for Tuesday delivery by 3pm.

I live in an apartment and will be at work until 5pm. What can I do to make sure Fedex leaves the phone at the rental office instead of a redelivery note?

Now on my third day since they charged me without a tracking number. They told me to call today if I still didn't receive a tracking number, but I do believe they'll just lie to me again. (One rep says it was sent Friday and it'll arrive Monday, one says it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday).


I just want to know when I need to be home. Blah!



I called again and they now say it will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday. (Albeit, don't have any tracking info for me.) They really need to get their stories straight.

I'm so effing mad at Verizon right now. Just yesterday, they told me mine would ship Monday with overnight delivery for Tuesday. Today, I got a tracking email that it would ship Tuesday with 2-day delivery.

Last week, I was told it would ship 7/5 and arrive 7/6.

They're such a bunch of liars.

I was also told would ship 7/5 overnight delivery... Today I get an email will ship today (Sunday) with 2 day service. Per CS rep no shipping on Sunday. Will ship tomorrow with delivery on Wednesday. So much misinformation!

Got my tracking e-mail earlier today. "2-day", Estimated shipping on the 8th for delivery on the 11th. Must be using large values of "2".
 
Follow up to my email from earlier where my status changed.

Just got my shipping confirmation. Fedex Picked it up and it is scheduled for overnight delivery, however Sunday is not counted so Tuesday it will be here.

Can not complain though as I did not pre-order until 07/01/2012
 
Im sure I'll get flamed by someone but my utter disgust with VZW CS is making me post this.

As I said earlier i called to find out why i had been charged but no info. I was told it'd ship tomorrow, overnight. Well I got an email saying different. 2 day shipping instead. Now i didn't arrange to have Tuesday off, i just got lucky. And this was contrary to what my receipt said and what i was told. So i called.

1 hr 15 min call during which time i was apologized to multiple times for "miscommunications". It took stubbornly refusing to believe what i knew wasn't true to get a resolution. That FedEx had screwed up the order. That FedEx had already picked up the package. That they couldn't do anything except cancel the preorder and submit it for a later ship date.

It's not the phone. If the 1st person i spoke with had said "sorry sir, we screwed up" I'd have said ok and waited till Wed. But he didn't. Neither did the supervisor, who was the one that insisted FedEx had already picked up the phone Despite it being Sun, me telling him it hadnt been picked up according to FedEx and despite him admitting he could change shipping info.

It's not the phone. It's the principle. At my job I'm held accountable for any promise i or my company makes. I'm expected to make those promises come true, doing every thing possible to satisfy the customer. I expect the same as a customer.

Especially when i work for the same parent corporation, Verizon

You won't get flamed by me. I'm going through a nearly identical runaround, and I'm furious. If I could have come through the phone and throttled the CSR who kept saying to me, "We understand that you're eager to get this marquee phone," I would have.

The first thing I intend to do with my phone is log onto Twitter and flame Verizon.

Ship date is today but since its Sunday, that means tomorrow I guess. Delivery is set for Wed 6/11. I was hoping to have it by Tuesday, but oh well. At least I know its on its way!

I really don't have a problem with ppl making mistakes so long as they own up to it. But having a supervisor insist fedex had picked up the package already on a Sunday was utterly ridiculous. More so when he insisted he called FedEx and was told the same. His mistake:

Offering to get FedEx on a conference call. Of course when a FedEx rep got on the phone she verified the same thing their website said. That all they had received was info on a generated shipping label. They had NOT picked up anything from Verizon. And she'd be happy to change the delivery so long as vzw authorized it.

I've dealt with FedEx for years, both personal and business. I am familiar with how they work. There will be another call to vzw tomorrow, one that goes higher up the chain than a floor supervisor.

Preordered mine in-store on 6/20 with a ship by of 7/10...I hate seeing the people who ordered later than me getting tracking numbers :p I couldnt care less about the bootloader at this point I just want it!!!!!! :D
