Blue 32 ordered 6/19. Ship-by date was set as 7/10. Credit card charged 7/7. Tracking number received on 7/8 (yes, Sunday) and phone was marked as shipped. Expected delivery date set as 7/11 but I'm not far from Westchester PA so if it comes from there it might arrive a day early. I love my GNex but I used up an upgrade for the SGS III so I'd have two great devices to help me keep unlimited data as long as possible.

Bummer! I bet they bust their asses and get them all handed off to fedex today though. I can see quite the mob forming if the preorders don't hit AT LEAST by the same day as the in-store launch. That's why so many are getting overnighted.

Shipment has been made but Fed Ex can't leave package at my apartment and can't hold at the local DC. Of course it's beyond them to make a note to leave at the facility, so they will take the time to load it on the truck, attempt delivery, leave a note, and bring it back. I get the fun task of having to call after the expected 3pm delivery attempt to then find out when the package will arrive back at the facility, and at that point I can arrange a time to pick it up.

No wonder shipping costs are so expensive! These companies put so many policies in place, they have all the above time and effort wasted, and then just build it in to their prices. I'm pretty sure I'll survive, but when you live in an apartment, does it really need to be this difficult for every package???

so I ordered 2, both 32gb, one white and one blue (for me) blue was ordered on the 13th and the other on the 27th, I got the first one today opened it up got my sim card in and started playing with it and realized it was the white one I ordered on the 27th!!! The other one wont be here until wed......go figure

Update: My 32GB Blue ordered in-store on 6/27 has finally been picked up by FedEx, in West Chester PA. Delivery for July 11 by 7pm. Guess I'll have to move to the other thread now.

Status page changed 7/6 but still says ship by 7/10.

I know that their only commitment was to ship by today, but this is ridiculous. People who ordered the same 32GB Blue WEEKS after I did are getting theirs.

My Droid Charge (ugh) screen is dying and mostly unusable at this point. I need the new phone!

I'm sorry. And yeah, that's how my old LG Dare's screen has been for the past TWO MONTHS. the touch was WAY off, basically unusable...

just found out that there's the pending charge for verizon on 7/6, but as per my other posts, still nothing as far as it being shipped

After talking to a buddy that works at Verizon, he said that if your card was charged, but you haven't yet received a tracking number, you phone has probably been shipped. (This is the situation I'm in) I'm sure there are exceptions, but he said this is almost always true.

I disagree. It looks to me like phones are shipping 3-4 days after the charge shows up on the card. Many others have stated this and it was how it worked for me as well. I was charged late Thursday nite and the phone shipped out this morning.
