Almost had the same thing happen to me. I ordered on the 6th talk to a rep about what would happen if I canceled decided I didn't want to cancel. Hung up got an email to confirm my cancellation.... Was like what happen? Called back sure enough the lady did cancel it can't fix... you'll have to reorder... so I had to reorder & the was the 19th. UGH! NOW I wait. FIGURE God must be trying to tell me I think a phone is way to important and is trying to teach me patience.I ordered 32 blue, day two of pre-order, then in a frantic mess had to (under instruction of the vzw associate) cancel the order to make changes to my account then re-pre-order on the 21st of june, which then gave me a ship date of the 10th...after i had a confirmation of the 9th...will that one day be the end of me...:'(

You want frustrating? Mine is scheduled to be delivered today, but I'm stuck at a family reunion for the next two days so I won't get it until Monday anyway!

Are the upgrade fees new? I paid an early upgrade fee last July. I haven't gotten an extra discount in years. Last year they gave me a bunch of accessories for free because they really wanted me to buy the Thunderbolt.
I am wondering if people are going to just pay retail after this to avoid losing unlimited data. I know I use 6-12 GB per month on my own. My other lines hardly use anything, but my concern is they might start at any time.

I am in the same boat as other people who want to change their order. I went from a blue 16GB to a white 32GB, and I am worried.
Pre-ordered online on 6/6, but decided I wanted to change to the white. Called on 6/25 to get my order changed, and was told it was not possible, and I would have to reorder. Asked if I needed to reorder online because I am using an upgrade from a different, dumb phone line, and was told "no", I could do it on the phone. We canceled the first order and made the new order on the phone with the CS rep, and was assured I would keep my unlimited and my ship date would now be 7/11. But I get the confirmation e-mail, and it says 2GB for $30. I called CS to confirm I would be okay activating on my line and keeping unlimited data, and was of course told I would. All was fine and good until yesterday when my credit card was charged for the 16GB model ($244). I have a terrible feeling my order is going to turn into a train wreck. Anyone have odds on me getting bent over??
