Why am I being spammed by ads from google?

I have recently started getting spammed by adds
I ran a couple of the ad detector apps and uninstalled a couple of apps, but these were ones that I have had installed for months.
This morning I remembered to hold down on the ad itself in the bottom left hand corner, it usually indicates who is sending the spam and it was google...?

IMO, I don't think Google can spam ads. Google is a reputable company

I absolutely agree, I was really baffled when I clicked on the small indicator that tells you who the adds come from but it definitely said google.
