why im getting all these adds from when i visit any website

I have htc desire 816 Whenever I open my android web browser orchrome I get all these advertisements that feel up my page and makes it so hard to read anything. Mostly they are from Google. And when I try to close it it gives me 3 option to why I want to close it for beingunrelated or inappropriate and some other options. Plz help me it's annoying thanks a lot in advance

In Chrome, try 3-dot menu, Settings, Site Settings, Pop-ups....set that to Blocked.
