Why am I unable to connect to my camera?

Unable Connecting to Camera

The native google camera app 2.5.052 (2005148-30) stops frequently. "Cannot connect to the camera" error pops up. I have to restart the mobile to use the cam. It is very annoying and inconvenience. I cannot figure out what is causing this. Any one knows how could i make it correct, please help, thank you!

Tried, when this happens at the first time,but didn' t work! Even force stop and restart the app, or uninstall and reinstall update, both won't help. The only thing making the camera back is reboot my
N5.
