Why am I unable to share photos to Facebook?

Problems sharing photos to Facebook

I am trying to share photos from my Note 4 to Facebook - but it's taking ages (30 mins+ each one) or I'm getting a "will re try" message. It shouldn't take that long should it?! What am I doing wrong? Is the file size too big - if so, how do I change it??

Welcome to Android Central! Is your Facebook app updated to the latest version? Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686

If your file size is too big it's not the problem if your connectivity is well. If your connectivity is slow then the problem will occur. Or you may resize the photos into jpeg format. It will help you to upload photos easily and shortest time.

How are you trying to share them? I have found that with the Note 4 (Verizon version, FWIW) I cannot upload photos using the Facebook widgets. The only way I can get them to upload properly is by using the actual upload option in the Facebook app itself. Hope this helps. (And hope even more that Facebook gets their integration with this phone worked out, SOON!)
