Why am I unable to turn off Haptic feedback on my Moto E?

Can't turn off haptic feedback on moto e

Ever since I did a factory reset on my moto e 2nd gen, my keyboards have been stuck on haptic feedback. I am now on marshmallow and there is no option under settings to turn it off, nor can I access the settings on the keyboard anywhere to change this. It is really annoying, battery draining and frankly I'm getting really tired of it Can anybody help out? Thnx

Welcome to the forums! Are you using the Google keyboard? If so, try in settings - language & input - Google keyboard - preferences - sound on keypress. If no go you could try downloading a different keyboard from the Play Store, like SwiftKey.
