Why are the images blurry during video calling on Z-Flip?

[Android Central Question]

I bought the z-flip and with all the joy and ambiance I've, I made a video call to my gf, the pics are so blurry that she's advising me to go back to my Note9, I usually use Whatsapp, I tried with Facebook video, same problem, I switch back to note9, the pics are superb.
