Why are the Themes, Theme Store and Galaxy Store not working on S10

[Android Central Question]

New galaxy s10, 2nd phone, was already replaced once. The themes will
not download or apply. ny ideas on a fix? Anybody else have the same problem?

Mine works just fine. Running a theme right now. Nothing seems to work in yours in every post.
