Why are things loading twice

[Android Central Question]

I used smart Switch on my Galaxy note 8 After I got it from the insurance company I don't know if I did something wrong but There is to phone's operating on my one phone it's like my old phone and my new phone or on the same phone everything loads twice it won't let me pay bills it just keeps on going back-and-forth from phone to phone

It shouldn't do that, try restore again ?
Otherwise factory reset, and restore certain things .

When did this start? What were you doing when you first noticed this? What have you tried to correct the issue?

Yes, though it could be worse. A friend of mine used to feel compelled to switch off the light forty-nine times - seven lots of seven. This is what life can do to us.
