Why can I no longer pair with my Samsung bluetooth keyboard?

can no longer pair with my Samsung bluetooth keyboard

I have the same issue as I've seen most folks here. I have a Samsung Tab S2 and after the update, my Samsung Bluetooth keyboard no longer show in the available devices. it worked just fine before the update.
applied the update on 12 Jan 2016

Bluetooth is like that for everything, at least it is for me. Needs to be re-paired every now and then, and more often now than then.
