Why can I only hear the back ground music?

Why when I plug any kind of earphones or headphones in I only got the background of the song and no singing voices, I went to see if it was the headphones so I watched a normal video on YouTube and it wasn't the headphones I don't know what's wrong with my phone can someone help please ? Thank you


I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active.
It started doing this yesterday

Its not problem of your headsets, Its problem of headphone..... You need to change your headphone..

The same problem with me !!! I have an asus zenfone 2 laser 5.5 ...till yesterday the audio jack was working well, but then suddenly i started hearing only background music and voice and vocals of songs were not audible...I thought there is a problem with the earplugs so i bought a new one...but still m facing the same problem.....can anyone help me here.....
