Why can't I connect to the Google play store and install any apps
Hey there everyone. I have a Samsung S4 which is recently updated to the newer version. lost all my data but I had a backup for it.. I tried installing some apps but I couldn't connect to the play store for some reason.. it says no connection. but my Internet works perfectly fine.. I can Web surf, play videos etc. I had to factory reset my mobile 2 to 3 times. at first the play store worked well but still I couldn't download any apps. it says error retrieving information from server. I tried installing the app I wanted on Google play store on Web. I worked and said the app will be installed soon . but I didn't start installing. I went to the settings< application manager <Downloads and it said there are no downloads. can somebody help me with this question? Please help!
