Why can't i download any apps from my play store?

I bought a brand new phone and my playstore doesn't let me download any apps. I've tried everything. I have a S4 . Everytime i try to download something it says " Error (921) " Please HELP!

If you just got it, and it is indeed a new phone I recommend just saving yourself the fuss and returning it. You can reinstall the GAPPs which include the play store, but usually that task only comes into play when flashing new ROMs.
